Sr. Product Director - Home Infusion Therapy (PharmD)

Overview:

As a Senior Product Director of Home Infusion Solutions, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership and execution of CareCentrix’s Home Infusion Therapy Product growth strategy.

In this role, you will operate as the general manager of the Home Infusion Therapy Product and will have full P&L responsibility for the product portfolio of solutions. You will be responsible for revenue growth, client satisfaction, retention and profitability of the customer base that it serves. You will provide product support to the Account Management teams for all existing clients, and work with Sales to support new prospects, which includes clinical to clinical discussions. You will work in collaboration with other departments to create the operating plans, market positioning, and technology that supports and enhances the product.

• Set the vision, strategy & direction through building a multi-year strategic plan / product roadmap and annual operating plan.
• Manage P&L and maintain accountability for performance of Home Infusion Therapy solutions to deliver revenue, customer loyalty and profit.
• Work with clients to identify drug strategies based on their policies in order to generate savings. 
• Develop value propositions, business cases and plans to address market conditions and meet customer demands in order to achieve corporate growth, client retention and profit objectives.
• Collaborate with business functions to develop market research, assess the voice of the customer, set pricing based on contract structure, streamline support costs, and enhance implementations to drive profitability.
• Develop business cases to justify product enhancements to ensure the portfolio continues to meet the needs of our existing clients and potential prospects in the dynamic healthcare landscape. 
• Work with clients to identify drug strategies based on their policies in order to generate savings. 
• Ensure CareCentrix solutions are compliant and of the highest quality for all the markets and lines of business we serve.
• Stay up-to-date on the present trends and forecasts in the healthcare and home infusion industry that affect the patient, provider, payer, consumer, and healthcare companies.
• Up to 10% travel 

• PharmD required and Active RPh (Registered Pharmacist) preferred
• 10+ years of experience in the healthcare industry specializing in Home Infusion Therapy solutions.
• 5+ years of product leadership experience.
• Experience in change management, solution delivery, and financial & business planning.
• Execution and delivery skills including ensuring solution delivery process excellence.
• Knowledge of regulatory and healthcare reform.
