Responsibilities:

What you'll be doing:

You'll be working under the direction of the SVP, Marketing Strategy & Planning to plan and execute global and regional Marketing strategies, with a focus on (but not limited to) the Involved Media and other agency brands, supporting our DATA, LED, GROWTH strategy. You will be part of a newly created global marketing team and in-house agency and share your best practices across markets. Ready to explore the opportunity?

About you and your responsibilities:

  • You’re a results-focused strategist with strong writing skills, who will develop compelling briefs, copy, presentations, and collaborate with our design team to bring to life an impactful vision.
  • You’ll write and edit all content marketing and collateral (presentations, templates, brochures, Foleon documents, case studies, and testimonials) in alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Planning and executing customer/agency/partner events in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • You’ll support our Sales and Media teams in building on-brand, high-impact RFP responses and pitch presentations as needed.
  • You will work with our PR partner to identify areas for earned media coverage and work with thought leader stakeholders to amplify our brands in the marketplace.
  • You will create and update content on the company website(s) using WordPress (e.g., page content, images, company news, podcasts, articles, whitepapers, and more). You'll also assist in the development of new websites as needed.
  • You will build and execute a social media content strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders – including original content, news, and/or relevant industry news and updates.
  • You’ll pitch in to help with the execution of other marketing initiatives as required (e.g., Events, Internal Communications).
  • A large portion of your time with be serving the USA market, however, you will also collaborate with the Canada, Australia and European markets on the Involved Media brand. This sometimes requires flexibility in working hours to accommodate time zones.

Supervisory Responsibilities:  This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

 

Who you’ll be reporting to: SVP, Marketing Strategy and Planning

 

Where you’ll be working:  Most of your time will be spent in our Pearl River NY Office, with some time spent in our Involved Media Manhattan office as needed. Work from home opportunities available once fully onboarded.

 

The salary range for this position is $52,000-60,000. The successful candidate’s salary will depend on actual ranges of current employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, geography, as well as the candidate’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications. Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree (B.A.) with a focus in Marketing/Media preferred or equivalent work experience/training required.
  • A media industry background is a strong asset in order to hit the pavement running.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related media and B2B marketing experience, preferred.
  • Superior writing and Microsoft Office skills are necessary.
  • Expertise with LinkedIn, Instagram, Mailchimp, WordPress needed.
  • Design skills (Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva) are a plus.

Travel:  This position may require occasional travel (up to 5% of the time) in visiting Involved Media’s NYC office.
