We will count on you to:
- Work with the team in a client-facing role to gather and analyze customer business and technical requirements and support the HCM Core AMS team in different areas such as HCM, Benefits, Reporting or Compensation modules on post go-live projects
- Serve as project manager on implementations
- Mentor junior staff
- Design, build, and test solutions across different product platforms
- Apply Workday’s methodology on customer project teams to help customers achieve a high degree of success and satisfaction
- Coordinate, troubleshoot and manage system integration issues to resolution
- Partner with customers to assess the scope of requests and determine estimated timeframe needed to complete; work with customers to identify and resolve all issues that could impact project/issue resolution timeframe
- Ensure customer business requirements are clearly defined, documented, communicated, implemented and tested for all assigned projects and/or tickets for resolution
What you need to have:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Technical and/or Functional Workday Consultant
- Demonstrated project management skills as well as consultancy skills
- Workday configuration and troubleshooting experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to effectively interact with colleagues and clients at all levels in English – must be fully bilingual (Spanish/English)
What makes you stand out?
- Experience in management or leading a team preferred
- Prior experience in AMS services is a plus, especially as a lead
- Workday HCM Certified strongly preferred but not required
- Consulting experience, preferably with a large consulting firm or large enterprise
- BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred
