Job Purpose 

As a Strategic Business Development Consultant you will extend our Consulting Team (DACH) and be at the forefront of driving end-to-end business development processes within the eCommerce domain. You will be responsible for business strategy development, vision & goal creation workshops, customer-centricity imperatives, or conducting research. Additionally, you demonstrate a strong expertise in defining business cases or ROI models, and possess a good understanding of the eCommerce landscape and Salesforce.

In this role you’ll get to

  • You'll help our teams in various ways, from presenting sales pitches to getting involved in projects. This includes leading efforts to include expert knowledge in a sales deck by outlining a business case or strategically addressing client and consumer needs. You'll also conduct follow-up workshops during a discovery phase or provide hands-on guidance for implementing a proposed solution in a project.
  • You focus on learning and improving, consistently applying these lessons in practice.
  • You share your knowledge and proactively focus on the growth of our consulting team.
  • You take responsibility for exploring new fields of expertise, expanding our knowledge base, and demonstrating eagerness to shape your path and generate innovative solutions.

Your skills and qualifications

  • Strategic Business Development: You lead end-to-end business development processes, from assessing our clients vision & success metrics to mapping out strategic roadmaps and consult in executing it.
  • Business Case and ROI Modeling: You utilize your experience to define compelling business cases and ROI models to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Digital Transformation: Pushing digital transformation in an eCommerce environment and beyond is a challenge you are looking for.
  • Product Familiarity: You have a solid knowledge regarding the Salesforce product suite (Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud and AI).
  • Consulting Excellence: You exhibit strong consulting skills, from constructing impactful presentations to orchestrating knowledge-sharing sessions and team collaboration.
  • Creativity and Innovation: You bring a creative and innovative mindset to the role, thinking outside the box to develop groundbreaking solutions.
  • Analytical and Trustful: You possess strong analytical skills while maintaining trust and transparency in all professional interactions.
  • Cultural Fit and Positive Mindset: You align with our company culture and maintain a positive mindset in contributing to a collaborative work environment.
  • Communication: German and English highly proficient in both spoken and written
