Pricing Manager
Role location: can be based Remote from the UK, Belgium, France, Spain or in our office in Manchester, UK.

As Pricing Manager you will be at the forefront of our strategic pricing initiatives across the EMEA region. You will lead a small team of talented pricing data specialists and will be responsible for guiding and challenging pricing strategy development and implementation through data gathering, analysis and reporting.
We are looking for candidates with team leadership, pricing analysis and optimization experience and ability to drive transformational projects. You will be comfortable engaging in difficult or complex conversations with a variety of SMEs and reporting levels and able to proactively consult with marketing and sales organizations to develop impactful strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, lead and implement pricing strategies
- Lead the Pricing Data Team
- Prepare and analyse data and information from multiple internal and external sources, and leverage them to develop and execute pricing strategies across products and regions
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop pricing strategies for new launches and growth of existing portfolio
- Provide consultative support to sales organization to drive new customer acquisition and base protection / growth
- Partner with Sales team to model ROI for contracts that are financially beneficial to our company and customers
- Support the prospect-to-order process improvement
- In collaboration with the Insights team, analyse business performance, monitor pricing evolution in the market, develop and maintain a robust understanding of reimbursement in key market, and provide insights into pricing dynamics

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Experience in price analysis and optimization
- Educational background in Marketing, Statistics, Market Research, Finance or related field
- Understanding of practices and principles of P&L profitability, pricing strategies, statistics, research and analysis
- Team leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and financial acumen
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think strategically
- Qlik Sense, Power BI, Power query, SQL, R, Python experience would be advantageous
