Job Title: EC Timesheet Consultant

Duration: 6-12 month contract with inside IR35

Ability to support the planning/architect of new project requirements.

Excellent team player and collaborator highly committed to quality client deliverables, excellent

Communication skills

Self-driven with the ability to work with customers and engage stakeholders.

Functional & Technical knowledge which covers Scoping, Kickoff, Business process Analysis, Solution walkthrough, Testing, Data

migration, Cutover activities, Go Live and Hyper care Phase.

Must have good hands-on backend tool calledProvisioningexperience.

Must have worked as a part of the implementation team involved in Kick-off, Workshops, configurations, Iterations, Testing

and Go-live support.

Should have good understanding of Success Factors Admin and Employee Central Which includes Foundation

Objects, corporate, Country/Region and Succession, Country/Region Data Models, Picklist centre,

Workflows, Position Management Settings, Event Reasons, People Profile etc.

Good experience in SuccessFactors Time management which includes Holiday, Holiday Calendar,

Work schedule, Time Types, Time account types, Time Profile, Time Sheet, Time Tracking, Time Events, Time

Recording profile, Time Valuations, Clock in Clock out Grouping etc.

Knowledge of ROI EC Time sheet and Integration with Kronos, ECC/ ECP UK payroll will be added advantages.

Must have worked on EC Timesheet reports adhoc, canvas, BRS and people analytics on Timesheet will be added advantage.

Capable of working in teams as well as independently with good manner and analytical skills
