The Role

We are looking for a Director FP&A to innovate, win, and grow with us in a remote location (East coast only) or the Portsmouth, NH corporate office (preferred).  

This role can be hybrid or 100% remote (preference will be given to Northeast Coast)

As a member of our Global Finance Team, you will play a key role in the strategic financial direction of the company.  In this role you will have day-to-day interaction with senior leadership across our Product Organization and various product line leaders.  In addition to supporting financial leadership to the organization, this fast-paced role will be involved in forecasting, planning, budgeting, and reporting.

How you’ll contribute:

• Partner with product leadership to drive strategic initiatives and performance.
• Monthly analysis and reporting of the product line P&Ls while partnering with the Product Line Leaders on the current course and speed of their business.
• Drive forecasting, budgeting, and reporting across multiple CPO organization lines.
• Partner with pricing team to unlock value through strategic pricing initiatives.
• Build and maintain detailed cost models that link operational activities to financial performance.
• Support the annual long-range plan, operational plan and financial planning processes.
• Develop financial analysis, variance analysis & modeling.
• Track and analyze KPIs.

• 10+ years of relevant progressive experience, SaaS and/or Payments industry greatly preferred
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a manager level capacity
• Proven track record of working with teams to drive change designed to drive efficiency and the continued growth of the organization
• Self-motivated, with a passion for continuous improvement
• Bachelors’ Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong system and Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to meet deadlines & independently manage multiple projects and requests effectively
• Adaptive Planning experience
