Electrify Video Partners is a dynamic new digital media company that invests in and scales creators with an established YouTube presence. Our mission is to turn creators into global media businesses by building teams, scaling the production and distribution of their content and introducing new revenue streams across platforms. We acquire between 50% and 100% of creator businesses with an established YouTube presence. We have raised multiple funding rounds and have significant existing revenue streams.

We are looking for a creative and experienced Creative Writer/Scriptwriter to join our remote digital video team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing engaging, informative and accurate scripts for long-form videos related to Aviation.

This individual should possess a background or some familiarity with aviation, as comprehension of the source material is essential for effective writing. They will work together with the team to turn technical script outlines into well-flowing narratives that tell the story, including crucial details. They will also work closely with the rest of the team to ensure that the videos are informative, entertaining, and visually appealing.

Tasks

• Transform complex technical information into engaging and accessible content for a diverse audience.
• Write, revise, and edit scripts for videos with a focus on accuracy and engaging storytelling in collaboration with the team.
• Ensure that scripts align with the visual direction of the videos and meet the overall content goals
• Dive deep into research and source materials to fill in gaps and enhance storytelling.
• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure accuracy and clarity in narratives.
• Deliver scripts in a format that can be easily read on a teleprompter
  
  
  

Requirements

• Strong passion for aviation and storytelling, with a deep understanding of both industries.
• Proven experience in writing compelling narratives for YouTube videos or similar visual media formats.
• A portfolio showcasing writing ability, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and engaging way
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality content that meets the standards of the YouTube channel
• Passionate about educating and Aviation in general.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with creative teams, responding to feedback in a timely fashion
