Treasury Analyst

Overview:

Position: Treasury Analyst

Location: US- Remote

Pay: $25/hr. to $29/hr. 

Responsible for the daily allocations of loans based on the direction from the Treasury Management. The Treasury Analyst prepares a quantitative analysis of Warehouse Line advances and concisely summarizes key trends while providing an excellent customer service experience. Monitors and analyzes different aspects related to warehouse line advances, including funding reconciliation, wire instruction verification, monthly summary reports.

• Perform financial forecasting, reporting and operational metrics tracking.
• Analyze financial data and create models for decision support.
• Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
• Analyze past results, perform analysis, identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
• Guide the analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.

* Remote employees will require a strong internet connection, we recommend 100mb download or the ability to plug into the internet via an ethernet cable for optimal connection.

• Customer Service experience a must.
• Strong fluency with Excel formulas and Functions.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or a minimum of two (2) + years’ experience in Finance or other relevant experience.  
• Strong analytical and financial modeling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to deal with complex problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations.
• Ability to provide consultation and expert advice to management.
• Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow.
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently.
