Your missions

Position Summary:

Our Referral Marketing specialist will perform outreach activities with potential clients sourced through our industry marketing efforts. 

The Referral Marketing Specialist will promote and build our company footprint in Pennsylvania. The referral marketing specialist will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and strengthening relationships in the field with new and existing referral sources. The referral Marketing Specialist will work in the community to generate quality leads. This includes all lines of business including Medicaid and private pay.

Connect America will provide the training and support for success in this market, and referral marketing specialist will work closely with regional territory manager to work on referral marketing and leads and joint strategies.

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Drive new business referral growth into Illinois governmental business, support Key B2B programs and drive Private Pay into territory state buckets.
  • Outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to prospect list to identify customer needs and determine appropriate solutions.
  • Visiting in person your referral agencies sharing literature, digital materials and doing demonstrations and in -services as needed 
  • Develop, maintain, and grow ongoing sales pipeline.
  • Set meetings with decision makers and key stakeholders for Territory Manager 
  • Staying well informed about current industry trends 
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, trainings, seminars, and trade shows as needed.
  • Manage multiple lead sources including incoming calls, emails, LinkedIn.
  • Manage prospect database using our CRM to ensure all communications and activities are logged and identified.
  • Travel throughout the state for in person meetings and occasional overnights if needed.
  • 35% traveling, 65% remote. There is a $500 monthly car allowance 


Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree preferred and 1-2 years successful sales experience or referral marketing experience 
  • Confident, self-motivated and works well independently.
  • Driven, goal-oriented and dependable.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer proficiency with CRM’s, Internet & Microsoft
  • Effective time management skills


Annual commission potential for $10,000

Car Allowance - $500 per month & mileage reimbursement
