We’re seeking a Senior Manager, Acquisition Marketing to help define and implement our global B2B (restaurant-facing) paid acquisition strategy in a 12-month contract capacity.

In this role, you will:

  • Plan, develop and implement the paid acquisition (SEM, Meta and other publishers) strategy to generate marketing qualified leads.

  • Develop Account Based Marketing roadmap and determine tests for target accounts

  • Monitor, analyze, test, troubleshoot and improve campaigns based on performance. Present on key performance metrics to partners.

  • Own creative roadmap and testing strategy across video, testimonials, basic display to arrive at more of a POV on our media mix in terms of look and feel

  • Collaborate with our agency, other vendors and wider teams to successfully implement campaigns.

  • Collaborate with in-house teams to develop and optimize campaign copy and design to improve engagement.

  • Collaborate with our International Marketing Managers to cater to different markets and languages for audiences in the United States, Canada, Australia, the UK, Ireland, Germany, Italy, France, United Arab Emirates, Mexico, South America and the Caribbean.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand the day-to-day success of campaigns and flag performance challenges proactively with plans to adjust.

  • Consider the continuation of leads through the whole funnel and develop campaigns to re-engage leads in collaboration with other channel managers.

  • Support wider business initiatives through your managed channels e.g. ABM, seasonal integrated marketing campaigns. Some of those channels include: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and PPC.

  • Lead future acquisition channel expansion opportunities.

 

Please apply if:

  • BA/BS degree in marketing or a related field

  • 8+ years of B2B acquisition marketing experience and a strong understanding of digital marketing channels (search, display, social)

  • Strong proficiency of marketing technology tools and ad platforms: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ad Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Salesforce, Marketo

  • Proven track record of developing and driving successful acquisition campaigns across multiple digital channels

  • Proven experience managing 7-figure budgets that drive measurable pipeline, revenue and return on investment

  • Responsible for generating and nurturing marketing prospects (new and existing customers) through the marketing funnel toward conversion

  • Strong understanding of the B2B marketing and sales acquisition funnel

  • Understanding of multi-touch attribution modeling

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent English language skills to write draft ad copy

  • A tenacious self-starter who can serve as a strong advocate for our customers and our business

  • Collaborative individual who enjoys leading and participating in cross-functional teams

  • Experience managing agencies and individual contractors

  • Comfortable with a wide variety of technologies and ability to learn new tools quickly

  • Superior project management skills

  • Results focus with superb execution and follow-through

  • Highly meticulous and organized with the ability to identify and troubleshoot inefficient, unreliable processes

  • Strong analytical skills and focus on return on investment measurement

 

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this remote US based role is $40-45USD/hr.
