Job Overview

As a Senior Account Based Marketing lead, you will play a critical role in developing and executing account-based marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and client teams to create targeted campaigns, manage key stakeholder relationships, and deliver measurable results.

Your creativity, project management skills, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in this role.

Your Day-to-Day

Account-Based Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and implement ABM strategies tailored to high-value accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to identify target accounts and create personalized marketing plans.

Client Engagement:

  • Act as the primary marketing contact for key accounts, ensuring consistent and effective communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal account teams, understanding their needs and aligning marketing efforts accordingly.

Content Creation:

  • Produce high-quality, creative content that resonates with target accounts, including emails, case studies, white papers, and social media posts.
  • Utilize excellent English and creative writing skills to craft compelling messages that drive engagement.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute campaigns/events efficiently.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for ABM initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on campaign performance and insights.

Salesforce Management:

  • Utilize Salesforce to track and analyze marketing data, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date information within the CRM system.

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of ABM campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and present performance metrics and insights to senior management.

Must-have Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account-based marketing, preferably in the B2B tech services sector.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong creative writing skills with the ability to produce engaging content.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other marketing automation tools.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven marketing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
