As a Senior Product Manager, Enterprise, you will be working on optimizing the internal systems for a market-leading mobile and web-based product used daily by tens of thousands of SMB trucking companies. These customers serve as the backbone of the U.S. economy by transporting trillions of dollars of goods that touch every American. Successful candidates will have a track record of delivering internal optimization that has major business and operational impact.
Expectations (In this role, you will):
- Drive the product strategy and execution for enterprise projects and internal tools to enhance efficiency and system clarity
- Make decisions through data-driven analysis and user advocacy
- Identify areas of potential business impact and work with cross-functional partners (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Support, Finance, Legal, etc) to define the roadmap and drive metrics-based results
- Partner with Engineering to deliver products and drive execution
- Act as the voice of internal stakeholders to define delightful and impactful workflows
- Be the subject-matter expert on accurate and efficient practices to connect systems
- Stay on top of technological trends and make recommendations on Mudflap’s near-term and long-term tooling strategy
- Synthesize complex information and strategic requirements, write clear requirements, and communicate effectively to technical and non-technical business partners
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, and be accountable for ongoing success criteria and metrics
Experience (What we look for):
- Expertise in building and maturing an internal tech stack that integrates systems like CRM, Marketing, and Customer Support (examples: Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze)
- Expertise in platform integrations and internal tooling optimization
- Experience guiding and influencing decisions for maximum business impact
- You are the person internal stakeholders go to with questions about workstream enhancements
- You demonstrate a strategic and practical mindset in developing an enterprise tooling strategy that drives short-term and long-term goals
- You foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and can comfortably engage with team members at all levels of the organization to derive actionable insights and get things done
- You can thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Data savviness (SQL knowledge a must)

The salary range for this role is $160,000 - $210,000. This information reflects a base salary range for this position based on current market data, which may be subject to change as new market data becomes available. The candidate's skills, experience, and other relevant factors will determine the exact compensation. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards or short-term incentives.
