Our client is a global leader in the construction industry with a recognizable brand and high standards of business. It is a company that pays attention to sustainable development and social responsibility. Due to the dynamic growth of the organization, we are looking for candidates for the position of Test Manager.

Requirements

  • Excellent multi-level stakeholder management skills.
  • Extensive experience in test management.
  • Preferred experience with ERP/Finance packaged applications (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
  • Ability to work methodically and analytically to manage the execution of test scripts and resolution of defects.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of all testing activities and drive them to successful completion.
  • Experience in leading and motivating teams, including Test Leads, Test Analysts, and Testers.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills to ensure quality test delivery.
  • Skills to validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and are fit for purpose.
  • Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, PowerQuery, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in managing end-to-end test lifecycles in a Cloud ERP environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the comprehensive management of all testing activities within our ERP program.
  • Collaborate closely with functional and technical teams to support various testing phases (Product Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Non-Functional Testing, Data Migration).
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and support testing activities.
  • Own all testing activities and ensure the quality of test delivery.
  • Establish and enforce entry/exit criteria for testing cycles and manage test reporting.
  • Chair testing progress meetings, manage defect resolutions, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and approve test script coverage.
  • Contribute to managing project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating items to the Program Manager when necessary.
  • Mobilize and lead the testing team, ensuring effective transition of tested solutions to support functions.
