Description

The Group Cyber Technology Adoption Manager is a key role within our organization, responsible for providing oversight and support for the adoption of enterprise-wide security tooling. Operating within a federated model encompassing Group, Divisions, and Brands, this role focuses on consolidating, promoting, and ensuring the adoption of security tools to maintain compliance with external regulators, including SEC requirements.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic oversight for the adoption of security tooling across the organization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote the adoption of existing security tools while identifying opportunities to consolidate tooling for improved efficiency.
  • Collaborate with technology teams across Divisions and Brands to ensure the effective adoption of enterprise-wide security tools.
  • Drive the integration of new technologies that align with Group cyber security standards.
  • Support the retirement of obsolete tools and technologies, ensuring a modern and streamlined security tooling landscape.
  • Stay informed about emerging cyber security controls, tooling, AI and standards, particularly SEC requirements, and ensure alignment across the organization.
  • Work closely with Group, Divisions, and Brands to ensure proper adherence to cyber security standards, developing processes to maintain compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to consolidate security tooling, eliminating redundancies and optimizing resource utilization.
  • Ensure that security technology exists at an appropriate level across Divisions, maintaining a balanced and consistent security posture.
  • Act as a liaison between Group Cyber Security and technical teams within Divisions and Brands.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure a unified approach to security tool adoption and integration.
  • Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure that the organization meets external regulatory requirements.
  • Provide regular reports on the status of security tool adoption, consolidation efforts, and compliance with cyber security standards.

Key requirements:

  • Strong knowledge and experience with core security technologies around Cloud, Networking, Workplace, Development, Access Management
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and implementation of security tool adoption initiatives in a large and federated organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEC requirements and other relevant cyber security standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse business units.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency through the consolidation of security tooling.
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) preferred.
