Building Blocks: What It Takes to Thrive
  • SharePoint Solution Design: Design, develop, and implement SharePoint solutions based on business requirements and best practices
  • Customization and Configuration: Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows to enhance user experience and improve productivity
  • System Administration: Perform system administration tasks such as managing permissions, configuring services, and monitoring site usage
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve technical issues related to SharePoint functionality, performance, and integration with other systems
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates on project progress, and deliver training and support to end-users Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for SharePoint configurations, processes, and procedures
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on SharePoint technology trends and best practices to recommend and implement improvements to existing solutions. Security and Compliance: Ensure SharePoint environments comply with security policies, data governance requirements, and industry standards

Navigating the Mortgage Realm: Your Role and Responsibilities

  • English Level: C1
  • Microsoft Certifications, or other industry certifications, are a plus.
  • Exceptional in Microsoft Office O365 Administration (1-3 years of experience).
  • Proven experience in tracking and maintaining accurate logs and records.
  • Proven experience in establishing and maintaining governance of M365 applications.
  • Organized and efficient, service-oriented, and attentive to details.
  • High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
  • Ability to work independently on projects.
  • Must be able to grasp issues quickly and have a growth mindset to learn new technology.
  • Exercise good judgment and strong character, motivated, hardworking.
  • Ability to work well with fellow associates, clients, and vendors.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Neat, clean, healthy work habits.
  • Tech stack: Sharepoint 2013 and Office 365
