Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Paralegal to help our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of administrative, legal, and organizational tasks. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.


Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Legal Department, including but not limited to legal research, drafting legal correspondence, and maintaining legal documents.
  • Safeguard and organize legal documents by saving them to files, ensuring accessibility, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Handle financial documents such as balance sheets and tax returns.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients by providing follow-up support as necessary.
  • Efficiently manage email correspondence, including tagging emails with documents, uploading relevant files, and scheduling follow-ups when required.
  • Perform accurate data entry tasks with a keen eye for precision and detail.
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Requirements
  • Graduated with a 3-year or 4-year Bachelor’s degree
  • Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring
  • Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
  • At least 3 years of legal background is required
  • Strong data entry skills with an emphasis on precision
  • Strong email management skills
  • Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
  • Proficiency in using e-discovery tools such as LexisNexis, Everlaw, Casepoint, Nextpoint
  • Basic knowledge of DropBox, SharePoint, Evernote, OneDrive, Zoom and Chat GPT
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Computer or laptop with access to the internet (minimum speed of 25 Mbps)
Compensation and Benefits
  • Up to PHP 65,000 a month (Based on experience)
