Ontinue is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Azure Security Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure security, with a focus on scripting skills, particularly PowerShell, and expertise in Azure Logic Apps. This role will involve designing, implementing, and managing security solutions to protect our Azure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Implementation:
- Develop and implement security architectures and frameworks for Azure cloud environments.
- Design secure solutions using Azure services, with a focus on PowerShell scripting and Azure Logic Apps.
Scripting and Automation:
- Create and maintain scripts using PowerShell to automate security processes and tasks.
- Develop automation workflows using Azure Logic Apps to enhance security operations and incident response.
Security Management:
- Monitor and manage security configurations and policies across Azure environments.
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
- Conduct security assessments and vulnerability analysis to identify and mitigate risks.
- Provide recommendations for improving security posture and reducing vulnerabilities.
Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with development, operations, and IT teams to integrate security controls and practices.
- Provide guidance and support on security issues and best practices to internal teams and stakeholders.
Incident Response:
- Develop and implement incident response plans and procedures for Azure environments.
- Lead and participate in security incident investigations and remediation efforts.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Azure Security Architect or similar role.
- Strong experience with PowerShell scripting in Azure environments.
- Proficiency in creating and managing workflows with Azure Logic Apps.
Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Azure security services and best practices.
- Experience with Azure AD, RBAC, network security groups, and other Azure security features.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
