Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CAD Drafter to help our client produce Architecture Plans, Site Plans, MEP Plans, and Structural Plans.


Responsibilities
  • Create 2D and 3D drawings of architectural, mechanical, electrical, and structural designs using CAD software.
  • Create cabinetry drawings and Dynamic blocks using AutoCAD and SketchUp
  • Interpret and translate sketches, plans, and specifications into digital drawings.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and designers to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Revise and modify drawings as necessary based on feedback and design changes.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulations in all drawings.
  • Maintain organized files and documentation for all drawings and revisions.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements
  • College educated
  • Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring
  • Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
  • Must have 5-10 years of CAD drafting experience.
  • Proficiency in 3D rendering software applications such as SketchUp or Rhino
  • Proficiency in CAD software and tools such as AutoCAD and Revit
  • Previous experience as a CAD drafter or similar role preferred.
  • Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
  • Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)
