Your missions

For our business partner, a leading global supplier of industrial connection technology, we are looking for a motivated SAP APO Consultant.

Their connectivity solutions are used in numerous industrial sectors including transportation, electromobility, renewable energy generation, automation, and mechanical engineering.

Main tasks:

  • Understand existing solutions and compare these to business requirements
  • Support for the introduction of SAP APO ePP/DS in the international production plants
  • Be responsible for designing new solutions, suggesting solution enhancement of the SAP component ePP/DS within the integration of SAP ePP/DS under S/4 HANA
  • Further development of a standardized planning process (SAP PP, SAP MM, SAP gATP, and SAP aATP).
  • Guide the business team on best practices for using SAP PPDS.
  • Implementation of user training and empowerment of key users and production planners
  • Support of production planners in dealing with SAP planning processes.

Your profile:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in SAP APO implementations in SAP projects.
  • Technical knowledge of the SAP Advanced Planner & Optimizer (APO) Module to solve application issues of varying complexity.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP PP/DS, preferably in integration with SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Integration scenarios with APO for ATP, DP, and PP/DS.
  • Knowledge of multi-stage production processes in an industrial environment
  • Good process and project management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, mathematics, or comparable.
