Job Title: Mathematics Specialist 
 
Overview: 
We are seeking highly skilled individuals with a strong background in mathematics and excellent 
English verbal/writing skills to join our team as Mathematics Specialists. The ideal candidates 
will have a passion for mathematics and the ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts to 
solve complex problems across various domains. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
 
Content Creation: Creating questions and answers for the given set of mathematics related topics, themes or concepts. It will also involve, creating/writing advanced mathematical equations using the LatEx format.writing properly worded justifications explaining your approach/thought process 
for the content created. 
Content Evaluation: Evaluating advanced mathematics-related content on different 
quality parameters like accuracy, comprehensiveness, relevance, verbosity, etc. 
Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis using advanced 
mathematical techniques to solve complex problems in areas such as pure mathematics, 
applied mathematics, and computational mathematics. 
Algorithm Development: Design and implement algorithms for optimization, numerical 
analysis, data analysis, and machine learning applications. 
Problem Solving: Apply advanced mathematical principles and techniques to solve 
real-world problems, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions. 
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate and communicate with cross-
functional teams including engineers, analysts, and program managers to develop 
innovative solutions like Large Language Models (LLMs), etc. 
Education and Training: Provide guidance and training to junior team members, 
interns, and stakeholders on mathematical concepts, methodologies, and best practices. 
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of 
mathematics, attend conferences, participate in workshops, and contribute to academic 
research. 



Requirements
Qualifications: 
?Education 
?PhD degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Computational Mathematics, 
or related fields with up to a maximum of 1 year of work experience (any 
field or preferred relevant field), 

?College: 
?Tier 1 colleges only (government or a reputable agency approved tiers to be 
used)  
?Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in the English language. 
?Proficiency in Google sheets/docs, MS Excel, and Google Chrome. 
?Quick learner with respect to the latest technologies, applications, work tools, etc.  
?Strong proficiency in advanced mathematical theories and concepts including calculus, 
algebra, geometry, differential equations, and mathematical modeling, etc. 
?Proficiency in mathematical computing and algorithm development. 
?Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical/critical thinking, and attention to detail. 
?Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex mathematical concepts 
to non-technical stakeholders. 
?Experience in evaluating mathematical equations and analyzing best steps to 
solve. 
?Familiarity with mathematics education standards and frameworks. 
?Prior research experience, publications, or contributions to open-source projects in 
mathematics are desirable for candidates with advanced degrees. 
?Teaching background is preferred.
