KKBC is a B2B technology marketing agency, with the singular mission to maximize the value of multinational B2B Technology companies' marketing investments in APAC. Our multicultural team of communication experts is experienced at partnering with multinational clients to solve unique international marketing challenges, and achieve aggressive outcomes in APAC markets. Our team provides media, digital marketing, creative, experience branding, marketing, marketing research, and puiblic relations in APAC, delivering integrated marketing programs at the speed of global business, separating our clients from their competition. We service a range of B2B Technology clients, with a particular focus on multinationals headquartered in the US.

The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Providing support to the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, learning and development and compensation and benefits.
  • Employee onboarding & offboarding.
  • Creating and maintaining employee personnel files and ensuring employee information is up to date in the internal system.
  • Application and renewal of work visas.
  • Maintaining employee leave and training records.
  • Administering medical and other insurance as per Company policy.
  • Preparing monthly HR reports for management.
  • Other adhoc works such as preparing work certificates etc.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Media & Entertainment.
  • Strong knowledge of legal and statutory requirements pertaining to HR practices.
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
