The Field Training Manager will be part of a distinct, field-based training team. This team is responsible for training & support for hourly and managerial associates on company processes and standards. They will provide on-the-ground support and play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of new location openings. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for employee development.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.

Center Support/Field Based

  • Manage the execution of project milestones, timelines, and budgets while identifying and resolving any potential roadblocks.
  • Collaborate and facilitate training of management teams and their staff, including on-the-job training, for a successful grand opening and ongoing operations.
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.
  • Provide feedback to employees and managers to support their development.
  • Supervise Field Training Captains during training implementation and ensure that they deliver consistent results and champion the culture of the Bowlero Corp brand(s) and company standards.
  • Special projects and ongoing operational support to locations as assigned.
  • Ability to work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays to support business needs.
  • Extensive travel is required.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Office Support/Office-Based

  • Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for all operational company processes.
  • Plan, design, implement, and follow up on all projects assigned by a supervisor.
  • Complete administrative duties as needed and in accordance with deadlines.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: N/A

QUALIFICATIONS: The Field Training Manager must have a background in project management or training, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality results within tight timelines. In addition, they possess a highly developed sense of leadership. They will consistently develop guest service and interpersonal skills including high integrity, respect for all individuals, strong critical and analytical thinking skills, and appreciation of diversity (thought, ethnic, gender, etc.). Must be a strong team player, developer, and possess strong presentation skills. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties assigned. Two to three years in training, managing and the facilitation of associate development programs, and project management. Relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is also acceptable.

The approximate pay range for this position is $67,000-75,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
