In the role you will lead the cultural transformation through deployment of IFF Operating System in a region. We have two positions in EMEA with flexible location for the right candidate within the region. The role requires 50% travel within EMEA, mainly to our manufacturing plants.



In this role you will provide coaching and support to all manufacturing sites and functions within the region on implementation of the IFF Operating System. The IFF Operating System will enable a cultural transformation for IFF Globally. It will be our common way to set our goals, track progress and problem solve the gaps to accomplish best in class in our six focus areas of PSQDIC (P: People S: Safety, Q: Quality, D: Delivery, I: Inventory, C: Cost).



Within the scope of this role will be working on:

  • Goal alignment – long range planning, strategy deployment
  • Daily Management System (DMS – Tier process for making problems visible)
  • Problem solving at all levels
  • Continuous Process Improvement
  • People Capability development



You will focus on 50% on-site coaching, 20% Remote coaching, 10% Individual coaching, 10% Reporting and Governance, 10% Strategy and tactics of IFF Operating System deployment.




Your requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment (minimum 10 years)
  • Experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing methodologies like: Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Gemba, 5 Why’s, 5S’s, PDCA, etc.
  • Experience in deployment of Operating System in global organizations (IFF Operating System or similar ie Manufacturing Excellence, Toyota Production System etc.)
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • Fluency in English



Your preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in science or business
  • Experience of leading organizational change.
  • People leadership experience
  • Multi-lingual
