Job Description

  • Develop operational and long-term functional strategies to support business objectives.
  • Cooperate closely with the VN Leadership Team to identify required support and develop solutions or interventions collaboratively.
  • Deliver high-quality services to internal and external customers in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that Vietnam business complies with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards by staying abreast of regulatory changes and implementing necessary policies and procedures promoting ethical conduct, and fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.
  • Involved in developing comprehensive project plans and identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Drive innovation and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the VN organization, encouraging creative solutions to operational challenges.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to anticipate opportunities and risks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, partners, and regulatory agencies.


The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations management or a related field
  • At least 10 years of proven experience in a leadership role overseeing business support functions
  • Possess strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills, as well as a solid understanding of business operations and regulatory requirements, compliance standards and risk management principles
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team, drive process improvements, and deliver results
  • Proficiency in technology applications and systems relevant to administrative operations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and performance measurement
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
