Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm (with one unpaid hour break)

Job Description

In this dynamic role, you’ll gather client information, navigate insurance carrier systems, and generate precise quotes. Your attention to detail and efficiency will be instrumental in streamlining our quoting and processing operations, enabling us to deliver a seamless experience to our valued clients.

Responsibilities
  • Gather comprehensive client information required for insurance quoting
  • Proficiently navigate and utilize insurance carrier quoting systems
  • Conduct thorough research to obtain additional details for accurate quote generation
  • Process policy endorsements and updates with precision
  • Maintain meticulous records and documentation for seamless operations
  • Collaborate with internal team members, providing timely updates on quote requests and status


Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in an insurance office or agency setting
  • Proven proficiency in utilizing insurance carrier quoting systems or can be trained quickly on this
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Comprehensive knowledge of insurance products, terminology, and industry best practices (someone who has worked in insurance before)
