As a Fullstack Data Analyst, you will help bex gain a 360° view of activities and developments through data, creating the foundation for data-driven company management. You will be responsible for maintaining and further developing our existing data management and handling infrastructure, ensuring its continued reliability and effectiveness.
Your Responsibilities

As a Fullstack Data Analyst, you will help bex gain a 360° view of activities and developments through data, creating the foundation for data-driven company management. You will be responsible for maintaining and further developing our existing data management and handling infrastructure, ensuring its continued reliability and effectiveness.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintaining and gradually improving our existing data handling, reporting structures and management reports
- Setting up governance for data quality, consistency, and trust in data handling
- Keeping data pipelines healthy and adding new data sources to the Data Warehouse (DHW)
- Owning ETL processes for data from bexOS (our production system) and connected systems (support systems like Hubspot, finway or billomat)
- Owning tool stack to handle data (esp. with Google Products like Cloud Schedules, App Scripts, Cloud Functions, Big Query, â¦), and setting up dynamic reports and dashboards (Google Looker Studio)
- Adjusting dashboards as needed following data changes
- Enabling teams to effectively use data via reporting tools in their daily work, empowering them to generate their own insights
- Supporting business teams and product engineering squads in data handling, incl. providing use case and metrics-specific data sets
- Managing defined KPI sets, ensuring data quality and providing documentation for such
- Supporting the management team with plan/actual comparisons and the development of business cases
- Gathering and structuring input and data related requests from business teams
- Performing project based analysis tasks connected to company initiatives in collaboration with dedicated business teams, like operations, sales, marketing, finance or product management
- You will be the sole member of the data team, which allows you to have a significant impact and take full ownership of the data infrastructure. Our plan is to staff the team over the period of 2 years with other positions.
- You will closely collaborate with platform engineering and regular software developers, who focus on feature development.
- You will report directly to and work closely with the VP of Platform, as the data team lead, making this a unique position within the company.
