Delaware North Gaming is searching for a Compliance Manager to join our team at Gamewise . As Compliance Manager you will use your skills to manage the internal controls, risk management assessment, and control environment self-assessment, ensuring all teams and departments are operating within compliance with regulations and procedures. Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $81900 - $110600 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with regulations by coordinating technical certifications, audits, approvals, and communication with regulatory bodies, technical and legal teams, and external laboratories
- Oversee the development and submission of compliance documents, including Internal Controls, House Rules, and licensing requirements
- Assist in developing and implementing anti-money laundering, responsible gaming, and other compliance programs and policies
- Manage relationships with third-party test labs and auditors, maintaining a comprehensive audit and testing calendar
- Collaborate with internal technical and business partners to ensure product compliance and adherence to marketing and advertising regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3+ years of applicable federal compliance or AML experience; iCasino and/or internet based gaming experience required
- Significant knowledge of iCasino gaming laws, regulations, and requirements
- Comfortable communicating with gaming regulators and federal and state authorities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
