Your missions

This is a remote position.

ClearDesk is seeking an innovative SEO Specialist to help increase targeted traffic and visibility with search engines.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all SEO implementation including on-page technical optimization, back/internal linking, and content creation across desktop and mobile
  • Develop and implement link-building campaigns
  • Utilize your attention to detail to recommend enhancements to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, content optimization, meta-tag creation, link development and other SEO related activities
  • Fine-tune copy and landing pages to maximize their impact on search engine rankings, ensuring every word contributes to SEO success
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
Your Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) roles
  • Must be metrics driven, with the ability to create reports to track and analyze SEO performance
  • Experience with Google Analytics and SEO tools such as SEMRUSH, Conductor, BrightEdge, and Ahrefs
  • Understand how site architecture affects SEO and possess knowledge of web server log file analysis
  • Experience in RPO or BPO sectors is a plus
  • Google Analytics certified, Google Adwords certified, Bing certified is a plus
