Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy with a heavy focus on demand and lead generation. You will lead the company’s marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.


Core Responsibilities
  • People Management: This manager will lead and manage a marketing team
  • Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives, with a focus on awareness, lead generation, and conversion.
  • Online and Offline Marketing: Manage both digital and traditional marketing channels, including website optimization, email marketing, social media, print collateral, and events, all while driving strategic goals.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee and support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, monitoring key performance metrics and assess their effectiveness.
  • Content Creation: Conceptualize, draft, and revise copy for a variety of content assets, focusing primarily on digital channels but also in-person events, print collateral, and more.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Leverage data to measure results of content produced, identifying core KPIs and tracking engagement and conversion across digital channels.
  • Client Acquisition: Drive client acquisition across multiple channels (not limited to organic, search, paid, etc.).
  • Technology Proficiency: Leverage marketing tools and software, including CRM Systems, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems, to optimize marketing campaigns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of direct, growth-focused experience in digital marketing; Startup experience preferred
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns and strategies that drive results.
  • Experience building a comprehensive digital marketing strategy from the ground up
  • Possess an understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media etc.) and market research methods
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
