Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Strategist to help our clients with creating, implementing and managing social media strategies with a strong focus on social media advertising, content creation and analytics.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media strategies for clients across various industries, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date with trends and best practices
  • Plan, execute, and manage social media ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Allocate budgets effectively and perform A/B testing to optimize ad performance
  • Monitor and analyze ad performance, adjusting strategies as needed to improve ROI
  • Generate monthly recap reports detailing social media performance, including metrics like reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis
  • Track and report on social media KPIs
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely manner
  • Foster and grow community engagement through interactive and engaging content.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Resize images and create platform-specific content to optimize engagement
  • Schedule and boost posts throughout the month using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar
Requirements
  • Graduated with a 3-4 year Bachelor’s degree
  • Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring
  • Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
  • Experience in social media management, advertising and analytics
  • Perform A/B testing
  • Content creation experience
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Ads/Analytics, Facebook Ads/Insights and Instagram Ads)
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer)
  • Ability to create content using Adobe Photoshop and Canva is a plucs
  • Project management experience (Monday, Asana, Trello)
  • Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
  • Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)
Compensation and Benefits
  • Up to PHP 42,500 a month (Based on experience)
