As a Principal Talent Management / Org. Leadership Consultant, you are a seasoned professional who combines deep expertise in Talent Management and Organizational / Leadership Development with strategic thinking. Your role centers on driving innovation, influencing organizational performance, and shaping Leadership and HiPo / HiPer Talent experiences. You have a demonstrated track record of leading with influence and are emerging as a people leader and manager.

Duties and Cor Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of high-impact talent management and org / leadership development solutions.
  • Manage assigned talent management and org / leadership programs, processes, and projects
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging talent management and org / leadership programs.
  • Conduct thorough performance analyses to identify gaps in talent management and org / leadership programs.
  • Recommend targeted interventions, applying talent management principles, cognitive psychology, and talent / leadership development best practices.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of talent management and org / leadership development programs.
  • Understand organizational goals, industry trends, and competitive landscapes aligning talent management and org / leadership development programs with business outcomes.
  • Manage and explore talent management and org / leadership program related technologies for effective program delivery. Champion personalized development pathways for high performance and high potential talent.
  • Leverage data analytics to optimize talent management and org / leadership development experiences and provide data-driven insights other leaders.
  • Publish articles, present at conferences, and contribute to industry forums.
  • Advocate for evidence-based practices in talent management and org/leadership development.
  • Mentor junior consultants and share expertise.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, HR, and cross-functional teams.
  • Influence decision-making by demonstrating the value of talent management and org / leadership development solutions.
  • Build strong relationships based on trust and credibility.

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences, Org. Psychology, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in Org. Leadership, Org. Management, Org. Development or related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Org. Development and Leadership development.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing Talent and Org. / Leadership Development programs.
  • Strong project and program management skills
  • Strong facilitation skills in formal settings with the ability to connect and foster high energy professional development engagements.
  • Broad experience developing and designing impactful experiences across a range of domains and topics including leadership development, succession planning, talent management reviews, performance management, org. and talent development.
  • Broad experience in supporting Talent Management and Org / Leadership Development programs using HCM tools and technologies
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align initiatives with organizational strategy.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with data-driven decision-making.
  • Influence without Authority: Persuade stakeholders through expertise.
  • Curiosity and Adaptability: Stay abreast of industry trends.
  • Passion for Learning: Inspire others through your own love of learning.

We also offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, and education. We anticipate the base pay for this position to be between $98,370-$167,946. In addition to base pay, Paycor Associates are eligible for either a performance-based annual bonus or commission, depending on their position. If your desired salary falls outside of these rates, we hope you'll still apply as there may be other positions that better align.
