TalentFish is seeking an entrepreneurial-spirited Clinical Health Engineer for our fast-growing healthcare client. This role requires a Medical Degree and experience in full-stack Software Engineering.

Your Role

As a Clinical Engineer, you will play a crucial role within their development team, contributing to both frontend and backend development. You will work on highly decoupled and modularized systems, ensuring high abstraction and functionality. Your work will directly impact the user experience and functionality of their applications, allowing for rapid delivery of features rapidly and efficiently.

Our Tech Stack

• Frontend: Angular + Capacitor + Electron, React (internal tools).
• Backend: Fully serverless on AWS (Cognito, AppSync GraphQL, Lambda, DynamoDB).
• Tools: Amplitude for analytics, CI/CD pipelines with strong functional and unit test coverage.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Full-stack development using JavaScript/TypeScript with Angular, React, Ember, or Vue.
• Collaborate with ephemeral squads to work on functional modules.
• Ensure high productivity and quality through continuous integration and deployment.
• Drive product development autonomously with minimal oversight.
• Optimize for user experience in all features and functionalities.
  
  

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or MBBS).
• Degree in Computer Science or STEM field.
• 2+ years of engineering experience, preferably in a startup environment.
• Full-stack experience with strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend frameworks.
• Experience in early-stage startups, particularly those backed by Y Combinator, Techstars, or similar.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to innovate and drive product development independently.
• Experience with AWS services (Cognito, AppSync, Lambda, DynamoDB) or a strong willingness to learn.
  
  

Preferred

• Entrepreneurial experience as a co-founder or CTO. Strong preference for those with startup experience, particularly in roles that demonstrate a commitment to growth and innovation through various stages of development (Series A, B, C, or IPO).
• Background in social mission-driven fields like health, clean tech, agri-tech, or climate tech.
• Experience with AI and SaaS products.
• Fast career growth and a track record of ambitious achievements.
• Design skills and strong experience with Angular.
