• Responsible for the on-time completion of service delivery, managed services, or implementation-oriented client projects in the Collections & Recovery space.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams (onshore/ offshore) to achieve project delivery success.
• Providing Technical Leadership to the project team.
• This is a hands-on role where the candidate will be expected to be capable of planning the work but also execute it partially, or in coordination with others.
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design, development, and support of secure and efficient data integration components, which will be used to move large amounts of data from source data and software application data stores into optimized operational databases
• Leading and/or participation in technical design sessions and development of related technical project artifacts (including technical and system documentation) necessary to support integration processes including well tested, detailed deployment documentation
• Review and analyze client requirements/problems and propose and/or deliver cost effective solutions to meet these requirements.
• Performs independent research to assist in the identification of client issues and develop client specific solutions.
• Recommends improvements and alternative solutions.
• Provides follow-up with internal and/or external client to ensure client satisfaction.
• Proactively develops broader and deeper knowledge of technology/services solutions and trends.
• Maintains and improves existing playbooks/internal documentation and other technical resources to enhance ability to deploy complex solutions.
• Supports software installations, configuration, and maintenance for our customers both on-premise and cloud services.
• Troubleshoot development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in consulting or services delivery, ideally in consumer finance/financial technology industry
• Strong IT design and/or development experience desired.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines.
• Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
• Track record putting together reliable, complex, secure, high performance and scalable solutions for production environments.
• Experience with data transformation preferred.
• Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques related to functional area desired.
• Expertise in query tuning, optimization and refactoring for performance in a high availability environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or other related scientific or technical discipline preferred.
• Excellent presentation, communication and client influencing skills.
