Opening with our client for a Treasury System Business Analyst. Open to remote in the U.S. supporting east coast hours.

The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in finance and treasury systems. Looking for someone with 5-8 years of experience in business analysis, focusing on developing and documenting project scope and designs for various treasury and finance applications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and document project scope and designs for finance and treasury applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Create detailed design documents, business Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and user handouts.
  • Support the implementation and integration of finance and treasury systems.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users.
  • Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on finance and treasury systems.
  • Strong understanding of finance and treasury operations and systems.
  • Proven experience in developing project scope and design documents.
  • Knowledge of SDLC and other software methodology
  • Adept in working with global cross-functional resources and teams
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
