Duties and Responsibilities:
- Input and update Carrier Recommendations and client responses into iRex
- Manage emails to iRex and Safety
- Track upcoming Client Renewals
- Use CoreLogic/Prometrix platforms to run Replacement Cost Valuations, Location COPE, and Natural hazard exposure information
- Use D365 to pay incoming vendor invoices
- Use AMS / WorkSmart to bill clients (Additional services not covered; Kellie presentations, etc)
- Use WorkSmart to file all client communications into their profile, all incoming carrier reports or in-house loss control reports into their profile, in addition to any/all important information for the client into their profile
Requirements & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED
- Knowledge of construction types is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
- Ability to work with minimal direct supervision
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Be well organized
- Good project management skills

The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $20.50 - $28.85 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
