Responsibilities

• Spearhead the design and architecture of wireless networks, ensuring scalability, redundancy, and peak performance.
• Strategically configure and manage routing and switching of RF transport technologies for expansive networks.
• Innovate and oversee RF solutions, enhancing resource utilization and streamlining network management.
• Act as the go-to expert for RF network issues, delivering top-tier troubleshooting and resolution.
• Proactively monitor and fine-tune RF network performance, capacity, and scalability to maintain excellence.
• Inspire and mentor junior engineers, guiding their professional growth and development.
• Partner with vendors to evaluate and select cutting-edge networking equipment and technologies that meet customer goals.
  
  

Qualifications

• Active DoD SECRET clearance.
• Certification under DoD 8570.01-M, IAT level 2.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 8 years of extensive hands-on experience as a network engineer, specializing in cloud networking.
• Mastery in routing and switching technologies.
• Advanced proficiency in designing and deploying cutting-edge Enterprise 4G/5G solutions.
• Proven expertise in architecting and implementing wireless communications solutions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
• Superior problem-solving abilities, thriving in high-pressure environments.
