Title: Capital Raising Executive (Private Equity Fund)

Location: Dubai/Remote

About the Role

We are working with a Private Equity Fund in Sustainable Investing and seeking a Capital Raising Executive to support fund raising from institutional investor with focus in UAE and Middle East.

Job scope:

  • Capital Raising: Raise capital from commercial and institutional investors in the UAE and Middle East.
  • Investor Onboarding: Identify, engage, and guide investors through the onboarding process.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing investors and sponsors.
  • Investor Programme: Develop and manage interactions with current and potential investors.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep updated on potential investors for targeted fundraising.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in capital raising and business development with a strong financial understanding.
  • Proven success in raising capital, preferably in private equity or infrastructure funds.
  • 10+ years in distribution or capital raising, especially in energy or infrastructure sectors.
  • Honours degree in finance, engineering, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles and ability to identify data inconsistencies.
  • Strong sales, relationship management, and technical/financial communication skills.
