Summary:

As a member of the Global Corporate Compliance team, this is a EMEA Compliance Analyst role that will support the implementation of Dexcom’s Corporate Compliance Program for EMEA. This role involves partnering with business stakeholders on key initiatives, communicating compliance program requirements to employees and helping to foster Dexcom’s culture of ethics and compliance in the region.  In addition, this role offers the opportunity to be involved in all elements of a Compliance Program, including  risk assessments, training, monitoring, and third-party due diligence.

About the Role:

You will assist with managing day to day operations of compliance in the region.

• You will assist with the implementation of regional and local policies, guidelines, and procedures.

• You will assist with delivering Corporate Compliance training pertaining to the Company’s policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations, and reporting systems.

• You will track the completion status of compliance training modules and liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure their timely completion.

You will assist with the execution of the annual monitoring plan by supporting the compliance monitoring reviews in key risk areas, for compliance with applicable rules and regulations and compliance program effectiveness for the region. 

• You will understand and keep up to date with changes to relevant regional and local laws, regulations and codes of conduct and ethics

• You will assist with ensuing operating manuals and procedural documents stay current when regulations change.

• You will assist with Compliance system implementation.

• You will assist with the EMEA Compliance Sub-Committee and EMEA Grants Committee meetings.

About you:

• Three or more years of work experience, including experience in a compliance, legal, auditing or investigation role in life sciences, preferably in the biotechnology, medical device, and/or pharmaceutical industries.

• Knowledge of healthcare law (fraud and abuse, Anti-Kickback, transparency, etc.) and medical device regulations

• Strong customer focus, work ethic and integrity

• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a positive attitude.

• Strong critical thinking with sound judgment and decision-making skills.

• Must be self-directed, proactive, motivated, and a fast learner.

• Able to work independently.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Ability to work confidently within groups in a multinational company and respond to global/cultural sensitivities. 

• Communicate effectively in English.

• Excellent time management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Compliance certification or willingness to obtain certification within 12 months of hire.

• Second language, speaking/reading.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €2,429.58 to €2,858.33 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
