Job Summary:

PayTrace is looking for a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales professional to join our team as a Team Lead. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and enhancing sales processes. You will serve as a key escalation point for complex customer issues and collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets. This role will be relied upon to provide guidance and subject matter expertise to the Inside Sales team as well as monitor and report on the team’s efficiencies and overall performance. What you'll do:

  • Identify and develop prospects that can benefit from PayTrace’s value proposition of e-commerce, mobile, tablet, and POS payment solutions.

  • Acquire new payment business through developed partnerships and drive new business to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue quotas.

  • Procure new processing business from internally generated as well as outside sales leads. 

  • Negotiate contracts, set pricing, and ensure activation of merchants for new business. 

  • Drive sales performance and deliver outstanding customer service.

  • Coach and develop sales representatives on process, quality, and metrics.

  • Act as the team’s point of contact for escalations and questions.

What we need from you:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the payment industry.

  • Proven experience in leadership or coaching others
