Your missions

In this position as Security Certification Manager (m/f/d) you will work in NXP’s Competence Center Crypto and Security, part of the NXP CTO organization, which is the industry leader in security know how. This business unit provides security IP and support functions related to Cybersecurity to all NXP business lines.

The Role

Today’s connected products require increasingly high levels of security assurance to ensure safety and integrity of operation to end-users. NXP is a leader in certification of our products to meet rigorous international standards including Common Criteria (CC), EMVCo, ISO27001, IEC62443, ISO21434 and GSMA. Owing to our success our team is growing and we have a new opportunity for a Security Certification Manager (m/f/d). 

The candidate will take the role as Certification and IP Protection project manager and expert, making sure NXP products are getting security certified and data is protected both on logical and physical level.

The candidate will  have to drive Product / Site / Process Certification projects from planning to certificate issuance and will perform regular internal site audits.

The candidate if needed will support the project teams into creating and maintaining documentation on NXP security processes.

The candidate must have a goal driven outlook, problem solving skills and be able to present concepts to peers as well as to have very good presentation skills.

Your Responsibilities:

• Planning and managing all milestones in the context of the security evaluations / certifications

• Organizing and attending workshops and audits with project teams and evaluation labs

• Contracting and SOW negotiation with partner/supplier companies

• Acting as organizational interface between internal development teams, facility management, evaluation labs, certification bodies and customers

• Providing technical guidance to project team and facilities in terms of physical and logical protection of data

• Reporting to management on project status

• Performing risk management for running programs and lessons learned for future programs

• Contributing to the certification strategy for emerging businesses

Your Profile:

• Have a degree or equivalent in Cybersecurity, Security/Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science

• Experience with Product Life cycle, Cybersecurity, Product Certification, Site Certification or Process Certification (Common Criteria, EMVCo and payment applications, ISO27001, IEC62443, ISO21434, GSMA, etc.)

• Have a driving and result oriented personality

• Have good communication and networking skills

• Have good strategic thinking skills

• Be engaged, self-motivated with an adaptive way of working

• Have good English skills
