Title: Oracle Cloud Techno Functional Consultant
Location: Anywhere in US
Duration: 3 Months
The Fusion Techno-Functional Lead will play a pivotal role in our Oracle Fusion implementation projects, focusing on integrations, data conversion, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both functional and technical aspects of Oracle Fusion applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, effective data migration, and robust reporting solutions.
Project Leadership:
Lead and manage Oracle Fusion implementation projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Integrations:
Design and implement integration solutions between Oracle Fusion and other enterprise systems.
Develop and maintain integration interfaces using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other relevant technologies.
Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated systems.
Data Conversion:
Plan and execute data migration strategies for Oracle Fusion projects.
Develop data conversion scripts and processes to ensure accurate and timely data transfer.
Validate and verify data accuracy post-migration.
Reporting:
Design and develop custom reports using Oracle Fusion’s reporting tools such as BI Publisher, OTBI, and FRS.
Ensure reports meet business needs and provide actionable insights.
Optimize report performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Functional Expertise:
Provide functional expertise in Oracle Fusion modules relevant to the project (e.g., Financials, HCM, SCM).
Conduct functional configuration and setup as required.
Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.
Technical Expertise:
Write and maintain technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and data conversion processes.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure system stability and performance.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and vendors.
Provide training and support to end-users.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure successful project delivery.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion applications.
Proven experience in leading Oracle Fusion implementation projects.
Strong background in integrations, data conversion, and reporting.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, OTBI, FRS, SQL, and PL/SQL.
Experience with SOAP and REST APIs.
Familiarity with Oracle Fusion modules such as Financials, HCM, SCM, etc.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
