Position & Aufgaben

Beratung von Unternehmen mit dem Schwerpunkt Personalcontrolling.

Entwicklung von spezialisierten Konzepten

Einführung von 4PLAN HR beim Kunden.

Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Berichten und Analysen.

Unterstützung der Kunden bei Fragen zu unseren Lösungen.

Dein Profil

Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder praktische Erfahrung im Bereich HR-Controlling.

Kenntnisse im Bereich Personalmanagement und hohe Technikaffinität.

Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge

Präzise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie analytisches und logisches Denken

Bereitschaft zu dienstlichen Reisen und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
