- Develop & implement marketing compliance policies
- File marketing documents with external partners
The IFG Marketing Compliance Lead monitors and overseas the marketing for IFG Agency. This includes developing and implementing marketing compliance policies and procedures. Coordinates reviews with the IFG Marketing team for Medicare and non-Medicare insurance products to include social media reviews. Researches marketing compliance issues and recommends changes that assure compliance with contract obligations. This position will be filing marketing and communication documents with external partners and in CMS HPMS. Maintains relationships with internal and external partners. Advises agencies and leadership in developing compliance marketing strategies (often segment specific). Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
