What you get to do in this role:   

• Triage and resolve Anaplan data quality requests using ITSM
• Develop and implement data quality rules to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Monitor and analyze data quality metrics to identify and resolve issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure accurate data capture and maintenance
• Develop and maintain documentation on data quality processes and procedures, including terminology, definitions, and data categorization
• Communicate data quality issues and resolutions to relevant stakeholders
• Provide recommendations and system enhancements to address source data issues
• Develop and maintain data quality dashboards and reports
• Perform ad hoc data quality analyses as needed
• Build and support Anaplan Sales Performance Management (SPM) models
• Implement and maintain WalkMe and AI Chatbot for Anaplan models

To be successful in this role you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, Analytics, or Informatics
• 1+ years of experience in data quality analysis or a related field
• Working knowledge of ITSM, Anaplan, RightData, and WalkMe is a plus
• Strong understanding of data quality principles and methodologies
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks is a plus
• Flexibility to work extra hours during quarter-end
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, both technical and non-technical
