Job Description : Product Owner with 14-15 years exp. Japanese speaking.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Vision: Develop and maintain a clear product vision that aligns with the overall goals and objectives of the organization. This includes understanding market trends, customer needs, and business goals to define the direction of the product.
Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the latest priorities and requirements. This involves working closely with stakeholders to gather feedback, prioritize features, and make trade-off decisions based on business value and user impact.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements. This includes conducting user research, analyzing feedback, and translating customer needs into actionable user stories or features for the development team.
Communication and Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact between the development team and stakeholders. This involves facilitating communication, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment between all parties involved in the product development process.
Release Planning: Work with the development team to plan and prioritize product releases based on the product roadmap and business priorities. This includes defining release goals, setting timelines, and coordinating release activities to ensure successful delivery of new features and enhancements.
Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the quality assurance team to define acceptance criteria for user stories and ensure that the delivered product meets the expected quality standards. This involves conducting regular reviews and providing feedback to the development team throughout the development cycle.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate the product performance, gather feedback from users, and identify opportunities for improvement. This includes monitoring key metrics, conducting post-release analysis, and iterating on the product to enhance its value and usability over time.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, business owners, and development team members. This involves actively seeking feedback, addressing concerns, and ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and aligned throughout the product development lifecycle.
