Head of Influencer Relations Manager (Remote)

Our client is the leading influencer marketing agency for games worldwide! They are working with the biggest game publishers and brands and connecting them with the right social media content creators. With creative promotions & strategic sponsorships, they achieve successful marketing results and create new hype and trends on YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, & TikTok.

Now they are aiming to become the number one agency in this industry and therefore they are looking for motivated team members who have a passion for social media, influencer marketing & gaming.

They are looking for an enthusiastic, talented, and knowledgeable Head of Influencer Relations Manager to join their Marketing Team and support ongoing activities in Germany.

Tasks:

• Identifying new social media influencers and brand ambassadors across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitch.
• Leading two teams of international influencer relation managers
• The identification and activation of influencers, along with establishing long-term relationship management, are important aspects that require support.
• Support of the influencers during the campaigns
• You transfer your acquired expertise in the area of influencer marketing to your team
• You analyze your team's performance with the goal to further improving strengths and reducing shortcomings
• You lead meetings with the senior team regularly to exchange new learnings
• Negotiating, drafting, and processing of contracts and cooperations with influencers
• Onboarding, training, and motivation of new influencer relations managers
  
  
  

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in influencer marketing, preferably in a team-leading role
• You have a good insight into the influencer landscape and the newest social media trends
• You have excellent communication skills and are professionally proficient, well-structured and self-reliant
• You have profound experience with social media and their analysis and influencer key data, you feel confident when using the monitoring tools
• Excellent English language skills, and additional language skills are highly appreciated
