What You'll Do

The Website Manager will thrive in a fast-paced environment, overseeing new content on our multilingual site, including landing pages, blogs, and collateral resources. They will monitor website usability, conduct audits, analyze metrics, and implement strategies to grow web presence. Responsibilities include ensuring website functionality, security, compliance, and quality through regular testing and content audits. The role involves working with martech tools and vendors, reporting on performance metrics, and staying updated with industry best practices.


The successful candidate will be based in either East Coast US.

Expectations and Accountability:

  • Publish content regularly (e.g., blogs, webinars, case studies)
  • Recommend and implement user experience improvements.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Provenir’s websites, ensuring optimal performance and user experience for all language sites.
  • Optimize websites for SEO with content teams and external agency assistance.
  • Monitor lead generation and data from website conversions using Salesforce/Pardot
  • Provide monthly results reporting with action items on a global level.
  • Develop innovative website elements to enhance engagement.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

  • 5+ years of hands-on WordPress experience
  • Strong analytical skills and GA4 experience
  • Experience with multilingual websites and a global business mindset
  • Understanding of data architecture, digital landscape, and brand building
  • Ability to adapt to tight deadlines and multiple projects
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to conceptualize abstract concepts to create innovative and clean solutions
  • Quick learner with new skills, technologies, and applications
  • Undergraduate degree with business emphasis or equivalent experience

  • Marketing and website development background
  • Strong SEO skills
  • Familiarity with martech tools and analytics platforms
  • Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills
