Security Consultant

As a Microsoft Security Consultant, you will ensure the security and compliance of our client’s systems and data. You will work closely with clients to understand their security needs and provide customised solutions that leverage Microsoft's security tools and services.

We would like to hear from passionate and driven Microsoft Security Consultants who are subject matter experts in areas predominantly related to Microsoft Security technologies, focusing on Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Azure security, Microsoft Sentinel or other associated capabilities. As a Microsoft Security Consultant, you can work with cutting-edge security technologies and services, including Defender for Cloud, Microsoft Sentinel, and Microsoft 365 Defender. You will be at the forefront of the latest security trends and will have the chance to develop innovative solutions to complex security challenges.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with clients to assess their security needs and recommend solutions that leverage Microsoft security technologies and services.
• Implement end-to-end security solutions that protect client systems and data from cyber threats.
• Provide guidance and support to clients on Microsoft security products and services.
• Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft security technologies and industry trends to protect clients against the latest threats. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the consultation process.
• Collaborate with other security architects, consultants, and technical experts to design and implement security solutions that meet clients' unique needs.
• Create project documentation such as solution designs and configuration "as built" documents.

What we are looking for

• At least 3 years of experience working with Microsoft security and compliance solutions.
• At least 2 years of experience working as a consultant or in a role involving implementing and troubleshooting IT solutions.
• Experience designing and implementing end-to-end security solutions for enterprise clients.
• Strong knowledge of Defender for Cloud, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Identity, Microsoft Compliance/Purview, Microsoft 365 Defender, and other Microsoft security tools and services.
• Experienced in implementing and managing SIEM, EDR and NDR technologies.
• Ability to produce adequate documentation, implementation plans, problem resolution, and incident workarounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Experience in delivering multiple projects and client engagements, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively and to develop innovative solutions to complex security challenges.
• A passion for staying updated with the latest security technologies and industry trends and a commitment to learning and professional development.
• Active certification in Microsoft security and compliance solutions, such as AZ-500, MS-500, SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, and others, is preferred.
