Position : JUNIO SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9am - 6:30pm US CDT (10pm - 6am Philippine time)

Holidays : TBD

Salary Range : USD 1,000 - 1,200/ month

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media engagement strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, tags, and mentions promptly and professionally.
• Create and curate compelling content to stimulate conversations and interactions with our audience.
• Collaborate with the Digital Media and Content Manager to align social media engagement efforts with overall marketing strategies.
• Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance, identify trends, and optimize engagement strategies.
• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve engagement efforts.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management and engagement, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful engagement strategies.
• Deep understanding of various social media platforms, including but not limited to X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube (including Shorts) and Instagram.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with Bitcoin or crypto is a plus but not required
